Winter Anagama firing, 2026.

Seven women, hundreds of pots and an Anagama…

Jann Kesby invited a group of female potters to join her in firing ‘Minkie’, her Anagama kiln. Surrounded by Jann’s family’s native flower farm, we split timber, glazed pots, packed Minkie and built a long, slow fire. after tending the fire for 4 days, we rested and returned to unpack the treasures…
